As the Taylor Opportunity Center Coordinator, I manage the day-to-day operations of the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) and the Achievement Program. We strive to provide a positive, supportive, learning environment to at-risk students so they can have a successful future. I also serve as the District Webmaster. Previously, I served as the Director of Instructional Technology for 7 years helping all staff integrate technology to promote more efficient and effective instruction as well as be more productive. Prior to moving to Taylor, I served as an Instructional Technology Specialist in Tyler ISD for 7 years. I have also served as an elementary and middle school teacher. This is my 25th year in education. I am married with 5 kids from age 10 to 21. When I'm not busy with work or family, you can catch me playing racquetball, woodworking, or doing activities with my church.
